            Applied 2uF capacitors to +24V and -24V rail to remove 420kHz oscillation per E1600292.  Five VCO's at the corner station and one VCO at each end station, along with one spare.

            All modified voltage rails were tested after application of the capacitor to verify the elimination of noise on these voltage rails.
