            Removed from ISC R1 U24-23.  Symptoms as follows:
            
            Frequency difference divider not functioning; with input to 'DIV' and 'Ref' connected, there is no output at 'Out1' and 'Out2'. 
            
            The VCO oscillator side functions properly.
            
            Unit awaiting repair.
