            While chasing another oscillation in the VCO chassis (~1MHz pins 10 and 23 of rear DB25 or the output of U20 on the D090609 PCB), the E2 filter was removed. The filter was damaged during removal, however this also fixed the oscillation so a jumper wire has been installed in place of the filter.
