Found C22 was burned up. The installed unit was a 1uF tantalum capacitor that was filtering the -18V supply into the regulator. Replaced with a 1uF electrolytic (50V). Shortened the leads on the hand wound inductor used to resonate the photodiode capacitance, and added another turn. Used C26 (~2-40pF trimmer) in parallel to the photodiode capacitance to adjust the resonant frequency to exactly 6.25MHz.
