- This notebook calculates/provides the positions and orientations of the IAS theodolite-total-station/autocolimator for initial alignment and positioning of the optical elements in the LBSC2 chamber. It also calculates the pitch angles of the LBSC2 optics relative to the local horizontal. The alignment solutions (angles, positions/distances) calculated in this notebook are inserted into the IAS LBSC2 alignment procedure. This document is not the LBSC2 alignment procedure, but provides notes and values used to create the procedure.
- Added the in-chamber solution for positioning (x, y, z) the LBSC2 cartridge assembly. The two solutions for angular alignment of the BS (either the HR reflection or the AR reflection, through the HR face) are TBD -- but do not require monuments on the pipe bridge in the region between LBSC2 and LHAM3.
