Notes and Changes:

L6 and L12 inductors are removed to disable the output RF amplifier feedback notches. These notches were not found to be overall beneficial to the design.

U8 amplifier can be substituted from an AD8675 to an OP27. The AD8675 has been found to fail in a high noise mode. This amplifier is the whitening amplifier in the DC output chain.
