LLO PRMI Contrast Defect : Simulation is larger than data

Abstract:

Using measured maps of COC components at LLO, the contrast defect was calculated by a FFT-based simulation tool. The prediction comes out to be 1300ppm, much larger than measured 200ppm. Why? Presentation at the modeling meeting.
