Abstract:

Exhaustive trial and error downselection of materials and designs for building an HR-coating using a nanolayered binary composite for the high-index layers would be extremely time and money consuming. Simulations have been implemented aimed at downselecting the most promising nanolayer-materials (in terms of noise reduction) and the easiest design.
