1) 213 is start
2) 214-714 is end

From experiment 2 (3 inch green lantern 11th sept 2014.zip)
1) 215-821 is start
2) 216 is 5sec after 1st puff @ 100 psi
3) 218 is just before 2nd puff
4) 219 is just after start to 2sec after 2nd puff @ 100 psi
5) 220 is end

I had to change the threshold number between the different experiments because of the different levels of lighting in each of the experiments; however, the threshold is consistent throughout images taken of the same experiment. The threshold setting for experiment 1 is 0.15 and the threshold setting for experiment 2 is 0.35.
