Abstract:

Part of small test fixture for measuring noise on Kaman differential inductive sensors. This data was compared to data taken for a custom ADE capacitive probe, for choosing which sensor to use in the Advanced LIGO HAM HEPI Actuators. Tests were run at MIT. We chose the Kaman sensors for the Actuators.
