Notes and Changes:

The version 5 board has the following changes:
1. Thicker (20 mil vs 5 mil) flexible circuit board
2. Suction diode connection has been removed
3. Enhanced the fillets going to each pin to increase the durability of the connections. Previous version took a beating in the clean and bake.
