RGA Test Results: A-OSEM Circuit Board Sub-Assembly (223 units)

Abstract:

A large quantity (223) of the circuit board sub-assembly of the A-OSEM assembly (D0901065) was vacuum baked (120C) and RGA tested as part of the aLIGO production run. The results are given here.

These flex circuit assemblies were cleaned as follows:
1. Wash 10 min. in sonic bath with Isopropyl alcohol.
2. Change the alcohol and agitate or stir for 2 to 3 min.
3. Let dry over night.
4. Vacuum Bake at 120C for 48Hrs
