Notes and Changes:

1. Revised HLTS and HSTS lifting brackets and clamps to allow vibration absorber mounting hardware to remain in place when attaching brackets.
2. Release 1/4-20 captive screw to attach HLTS bracket clamp to avoid loose hardware.
3. Added machine key to worm gear.
4. Changed material thickness on HSTS, HLTS and OMC lifting brackets
