Abstract:

This is a base document for the COC Testing tree as required by M1000211.

FM02 is found to change figure upon annealing for coating by ~30nm per cycle. We attempted a high temperature anneal at Corning, although the change rate went down, it was still not acceptable for use in aLIGO.
