DRAWING D1002211 aLIGO TMS FLEXIBLE SEC MIRROR MT.:
Some annotative options used with tapped hole details were not consistent. The part vendor expressed resulting confusion. This problem will be corrected per this notice.

DRAWING D1000071 TRANSMON_TELE_END_PLATE_ENTRY_3_TUBE:
Widening of the input beam aperture.
.03" increase of thickness of the flexure feature.
.012-.020" reduction of thickness of the upper (installed) section of the part.
