Can I confirm hat when you say phase 3 testing you are referring to the following or something like the following
"Phase 3 testing involves stand-alone, in-situ testing to see that the assembly behaves properly after the installation procedure and with the field-installed cabling, etc ..."
PHASE II AND PHASE III DEFINED BY FABRICE (SEISMIC)
No, that's part of Phase 2. See, for instance, the following report. The section starting page 26 shows the tests we did after install in the chamber, but before closing:

Phase 3 is related to the commissioning after chamber closing: the control loops design, isolation performance. Phase 3 is complete, but not yet well documented.
