Abstract:

List of LSC authors as of February 2017. The rules for inclusion on the August author list (incorporated in LIGO-T010168) state:
"The February list will contain the names of current LSC members who joined the LSC prior to June 15 of the previous year [June 15, 2016] and who have devoted more than 50% of their research effort toward LIGO since that date. It will also contain the names of past LSC members who had earned authorship but have left the collaboration (or whose research effort fell below the 50% level) after February 15 of the previous year [Feb. 15, 2016]."
