Acceleration of the FFT simulation of stable cavity

Abstract:

An algoritm based on the adaptive grid size formulation of the FFT simulation is shown to accelerate the FFT simulation of the stable cavity used in the advLIGO recycling cavity. This allows the number of the grid points of the FFT calculation to be made 1/2 or 1/4, and the simulation time can be save by ~10 or more.
