- Abstract:
- The pair of ETMs coated by LMA has been delivered to Caltech and has been measured by LIGO. Characteristics of those mirrors have been studied. Overall, their performance is better than previous coatings. The spiral patterns are down by 2~4. The pair seems to degrade the CD, but the effect is tolerable.
