By request of Systems Engineering, D060493 (Quad Upper Structure Top Ring) is to be revised by Vendor NTE per LIGO engineering red-line.

Revision entails addition of an inner lip at the two stage connection ends for accommodation of clamping from the inside of the Quad Upper Structure (parent weldment) at Sub-System installations (Quad, TMS).

Affected parent weldment D060492 will be revised concurrently.

Signatures will be requested when the new NTE revisions are posted.
