Ten headings for acceptance:
1. Requirements documentation
https://dcc.ligo.org/LIGO-T010007 Cavity Optics Suspension Subsystem Design Requirements
Other supporting documentation is listed in the above document E1201041
2. Design overview and detailed design documentation
a) Final Design Document
https://dcc.ligo.org/LIGO-T1000012 HAM Large Triple Suspension (HLTS) Final Design Document
REVIEWED. CIT. CLOSED.
b) Review reports
https://dcc.ligo.org/LIGO-T1200463 Summary of Suspension Final Design Reviews
REVIEWED. FAB. CLOSED.
c) Supporting design documents
Supporting design docs are listed in the above document E1201041.
Alastair - Design requirements document is there and appears complete. There is a note 'The design requirements document must be brought up to date, and pointers to background material, analyses, etc. added to the Requirements document. ' so it's unclear to me whether this still needs further updating (last update May 2013). In T1000452, has the production design of HLTS changed at all since this document was last updated in Aug 2010? Seems a long time ago so I wanted to check.
REVIEWED. AH. CLOSED. REFER TO RODAs. ADD LINK G1400151.
d) Drawings
D070447 https://dcc.ligo.org/LIGO-D070447 HLTS Overall Assembly
REVIEWED. CIT. CLOSED.
e) Bills of Materials
These are on assembly drawings
REVIEWED. CIT. CLOSED.
f) Interface control
RODAs are listed in section 8.1 of the final design document T1000012
REVIEWED. FAB. CLOSED.
g) Software
Software is documented on the SVN. Further details of how to access can be found in section 8 of the above document E1201041
REVIEWED. CLOSED.
h) Design source data
Mechanical CAD models are in PDM works and electronics CAD models are available on LIGO Lab archives
PRESENT. CLOSED.
3. Materials and fabrication specification
https://dcc.ligo.org/LIGO-E0900023 PROCESS FOR MANUFACTURING CANTILEVER SPRING BLADES FOR AdvLIGO This is referenced on all drawings for blades.
CLOSED.
4. Parts and in-process spares inventoried
In ICS. Document summarizing where on in-process spares currently are is T1300908 https://dcc.ligo.org/LIGO-T1300908
CLOSED.
5. Assembly procedures
https://dcc.ligo.org/LIGO-E080208 HLTS Assembly Procedure
This is the main assembly document. Other assembly and maintenance procedures (gluing prisms and magnets, storing 3rd interferometer parts) are listed in the above document E1201041.
PUNCH LIST. TRANSPORTATION OF SUS. CELINE REVIEWED.
PUNCH LIST. TBD ON SPARES NOW ON OPS.
6. Installation procedures
https://dcc.ligo.org/LIGO-E1000045 HLTS Installation Procedure
Alastair - this seems complete. I did notice that there is a strange final sentence, 'This is a brief synopsis of what we used to do. The procedure that you use may be slightly different, but is probably equivalent. ' I don't know what that's supposed to refer to.
https://dcc.ligo.org/LIGO-T1000097 Input Optics Installation Plan
Alastair - I notice that this document doesn't list author names. This is not helpful if you need to know exactly who was involved in the future. It's not clear to me whether this document is meant to be forward planning of time allocated to each task, or if this is partly a historical recounting of how long each task took. Section 2, Overview of the IO installation plan, appears to say that this work was done and the schedule slipped.
Chamber installation procedures are particular to each suspension.
REVIEWED. AH. SEE NOTES. UPDATE MEDM LINK TO E1000045, above.
Note added by Norna (21st March 2014) Author names for T1000097 are on the DCC filecard.
Some updating of E1000045 is needed - onto punchlist.
7. Test documents
Suspension testing: https://dcc.ligo.org/LIGO-G1200070 Ideal Order/Contents of aLIGO Triple SUS Testing / Commissioning
A useful link for key testing procedures is the Checkout/Testing page in the Operation Manual at
https://awiki.ligo-wa.caltech.edu/aLIGO/Suspensions/OpsManual/Testing
Testing related documentation is kept on the SVN repository, as are transfer functions, spectra and B&K results. Further details are given in the E1201041 overarching document including DCC links to other test results such as OSEMs, blades, vibration absorbers etc
Electronics testing - results of reports are posted on DCC under the serial number of the chassis
REVIEWED RH. LLO GOOD. LHO WAITING FOR DOCUMENT. PUNCH LIST. ELSE CLOSED.
ADD LINK FOR OPERATION MANUAL - NORNA.
Norna now done this (21 March 2014) - added to both the document and into text above 'A useful link..'
8. User interface software
This is found on the SVN. Further details in E1201041 overarching document.
REVIEWED. CLOSED. JL.
9. Operation Manual
