3/7/2015 note from Dennis Coyne: The quad fiber violin frequencies in section 3.1 are incorrect (by a factor of ~2) because the fiber radius is assumed to be 0.4 mm, whereas this is the diameter (over most of the fiber length).
-v4: Fix issue with fibre modes noted by Dennis by upgrading from model 20120601TMproductionTM to 20140304TMproductionTM.
