Abstract:
The assembly procedure for the production version of the quad suspension, from receiving of parts through to a balanced and aligned all-metal build in storage. Added wire safety procedure from T1000674.

-v24: Sentence added to section 3.6 with reference to new drawing D1400167. Section 3.9 extensively revised to cover mitigation steps to deal with problems in early assemblies of the D060422 clamps.
v23: added information in Section 4.1, bullet 2 describing how the weldment orients to the test stand or SEI ISI optics table and how the cartridges orient to the weldment.

-v22, undated clamp-wire-clamp section for UIM clamp assembly D060422, to avoid wire slippage.
Added note about D1300233 on main chain wire clamp assembly for using wire loops from Penultimate mass to UIM.
Removed notes (by strikethrough) on top mass ECD magnets and added info on magnet spacer, D1200749, per RODA M1200147.
Added note to remove blade ECD magnets at UIM main and reaction chain, bug 21
