Notes and Changes:

v2: Corrected the force coefficient for the ERM (4e-10 vs 2.9e-10), and as a result reduced the bias voltage for noise calculations (kept ESD force noise the same). Fixed error in driver voltage range. Added reference to Weiss' testing of the ESDs.
